BREEAM | BREEAM International

Duurzaamheidscoach.nl has a licence for working out BREEAM-NL Assessments as well as BREEAM International Assessments. Due to this we can assess buildings worldwide including the Netherlands, except for the United Kingdom. 
BREEAM International provides certification of buildings against the following BREEAM schemes

BREEAM Europe BREEAM Gulf BREEAM Bespoke
All types of buildings in 
Europe except housing projects		 alle types of buildings
in the Gulf Region
 Buildings which cannot
be assessed against
existing schemes

Duurzaamheidscoach.nl heeft naast een Nederlandse BREEAM licentie ook een licentie voor BREEAM international. Op grond hiervan kunnen wij wereldwijd projecten certificeren volgens de BREEAM methodiek met uitzondering van het Verenigd Koninkrijk.
BREEAM International voorziet in de certificering van gebouwen op grond van de volgende BREEAM schema's:

BREEAM Europe BREEAM Gulf BREEAM Bespoke
alle gebouwen in Europa
met uitzondering van woningbouwcomplexen		 alle gebouwen in de Golfregio alle gebouwen die niet
beoordeeld kunnen worden
